Appointments - View, Cancel and Schedule Your Upcoming and Past Visits

Please be advised, WellStar's MyChart is intended to communicate with WellStar providers only.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEM, CALL 911 OR YOUR PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.

These requests are routed to appointment schedulers. Your doctor will not see this information. Please do not include any personal health information when scheduling or cancelling an appointment.

If you see that you are overdue for a regularly scheduled Preventive Care item please schedule an appointment through the MyChart “Schedule an Appointment” link on the MyChart homepage.

An After Visit Summary is only displayed after your visit has been signed/completed by the provider. If your visit has been completed and you are still unable to view your After Visit Summary, please contact the clinic you visited or send a MyChart message to that provider.

Your MyChart account will only display certain types of visits within the past 5 years.

You will only be allowed to register for your delivery 14 days in advance from today by default. If an estimated due date (EDD) has been documented in your chart, this date will always be automatically selected. If you need to cancel your scheduled delivery, please call the hospital at which you are scheduled for.

You can cancel your appointment 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. After this time period has passed, you will need to contact the clinic to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Providers you have had a completed visit with within the past two years or have a schedule visit within the next year, will be available to schedule an appointment with in MyChart. If you are not able to find your provider and/or there are no time slots available for the provider, please contact the clinic in which you are trying to visit.

Appointment arrival is an optional geo-location feature within MyChart that allows you to automically be checked-in for your appointment upon arrival to the clinic. This feature is disabled by default and is only available in the mobile MyChart app. Review our tip sheet for enabling and using appointment arrival on the MyChart mobile app by clicking here.

If you have been to a healthcare organization external to WellStar, you may be able to link your external healthcare record to your MyChart account to view all of your healthcare information in one place!
